Khursheed's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy animal food such as dry food, grass and to buy calves for her livestock business.

Khursheed's story

Khursheed is a 50 year-old woman who lives with her spouse in the area of Muzzafargharh, Pakistan. Khursheed has five children. She has been raising calves as a source of income. She buys calves from the animal markets, until the following season when she re-sells them in the same markets with the help of her husband.

Khursheed plans to grow her business for a better future. Khursheed requested a 40,000 PKR loan through BRAC Pakistan to buy calves and animal food for her livestock business.

Khursheed and her family will be thankful to KIVA, its lenders and field partner BRAC Pakistan for helping them by funding this loan to improve their living standard.
