Marina Del Carmen's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy more pigs to fatten and later to sell, so that she has earnings to continue sending her son to school.

Marina Del Carmen's story

Marina only managed to go to school until the ninth grade. She is married and her husband makes a living as a builder. Together they have two children, one of which lives at home and is in the fourth grade.

Currently, Marina makes a living raising pigs. She has been in this business for 5 years and she learned it from her mother, who for a long time took care of pigs and excelled. She also works in a parish of a canton as an ordinance. She keeps the pigs in the house and her husband is involved with the work.

She will use the loan to buy more pigs to fatten and later to sell them. In this way she will have earnings to continue sending her son to school.

Her dreams are to expand the pig raising business and to have a barnyard in a good condition. In this way she will be able to save money, so that her son manages to become a professional.
