Santo Domingo Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy fabrics, threads, elastic bands and more other products to use in her sewing work.

Santo Domingo Group's story

The group is called "Santo Domingo". It is in the second loan cycle of the program of the women's committee where all of them work and help each other to move ahead. They are doing a poll of poverty elimination where each of them struggles to improve and grow, and in this form to be able to help their loved ones.
One of the members is Maria who works as a seamstress. She comments that through her job she has the means to support her household and make sure her loved ones do not lack of anything. She is a hardworking woman who does not let herself be defeated. This is why she decided to join the group in order to be able to improve and grow in her business.
She is requesting a loan to buy fabrics, threads, elastic bands and more other products to continue with her sewing jobs, and in this way to continue with her business as she has been doing so far.
