Farzana's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to buy ingredients such as white flour, oil, vegetables, etc. for her fast food business that supplies different schools and college canteens.

Farzana's story

Farzana is 32 years old, is self-employed, and lives with her spouse and five children in a rented house. She and her husband own a fast food business, which they have run at home for 13 years. She fries samosas and chicken rolls and supplies them to fixed schools and college canteens.

She is requesting a loan for her fast food business. She wants to buy ingredients such as white flour, oil, vegetables, etc., but due to insufficient financial means, she is unable to purchase these desired items for her business.

Therefore, she has requested a loan from Kiva’s field partner BRAC Pakistan, so that she can purchase these desired items for her business. She wants to save the excess profit amount so that she can utilize these savings for future sudden needs.

This is her 5th loan cycle with BRAC Pakistan. In the picture, she is with her husband and showing her enterprise.
