Sa Boeurn's Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase seed, fertilizer, herbicides and to plow her farmland in order to grow her crop fruitfully.

Sa Boeurn's Group's story

Sa boeurn is 30 years old and living with her family’s members in Sangke district of Battambang province, Cambodia. She has four dependent children; two of them are in school while the other two are underage of school.

She earns income to feed and support her children’s education by growing rice and working as a paid worker. These businesses earn her about 12USD per day and allow her to save about 4USD each day after daily expenses. Lack of water is the main challenge for her rice plantation.

This will be the third loan cycle for her with VisionFund and she successfully paid back all the past loans on time. All the previous loans provided enough household consumption to sustain her family’s livelihood.

Sa boeurn is going to take new loan to purchase seed, fertilizer, herbicides and to plow her farmland in order to grow her crop fruitfully. She wishes that she can earn a better income to improve her living condition and keep her children in school until graduated.
