Gs. Las Lajas #3 Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy a solar panel for his house.

Gs. Las Lajas #3 Group's story

Mayro is a 29-year-old young man. He lives with his wife and children in the community of Las Lajas in the Nicaraguan border zone.

He has a business offering mototaxi transportation services. With complete courtesy and friendliness, he attends to everyone, especially those who request his services to travel to nearby communities. He is a dynamic and very active person; he is part of the directive board of his community. In this way, he earns a living and obtains income to cover his family's expenses.

Mayro is requesting the loan to invest in an 85W solar panel and to buy a 22-inch tv, to improve his quality of life. This way they can do their work at night, and then they can enjoy their tv programs.

His dream is to rebuild his house, which was affected by the recent earthquake, and that his children will graduate.

Mayro is requesting the loan as part of a group, along with Dyxia (who works in commerce), Alejandra (farming), and Mandí (ranching). They are requesting the loan because they don't have the capital to be able to install electricity.
