Gilman Paul's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy wood, nails, reed and varnish to continue to work as a carpenter.

Gilman Paul's story

Gilman studied up to fourth grade and is married with two children. His partner does the household chores.
Gilman works producing reed beds. He learned this trade from his father when he was very young, but he also buys and sells fruit and vegetables when his carpentry workload is low.
Gilman needs the loan to buy wood, nails, reed and varnish to continue to work as a carpenter. He invested the last Kiva loan he received in the same way and now doesn't have much of the loan left to pay off.
He wants his workshop to be stable and his children to have a profession in the future.
