Twiyubake Rukizi Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy more inventory such as bananas, irish potatoes, mangoes, tomatoes, etc. to sell to his community.

Twiyubake Rukizi Group's story

Bonavantire is 28 years old and married with 2 children. Due to his experience, Bonavantire was nominated as the group leader for Twiyubake Rukizi. Bonavantire is the man showing a passbook in the last row.

Bonaventire has owned and operated a food business for the past 3 years. Like many of those in the group, his business is well organized and requires that he work from 6am to 8pm every day. Despite the long days, Bonavantire is determined to operate a successful business in order to provide a better life for his family.

Bonavantire has requested a loan from Kiva through VisionFund Rwanda in order to buy inventory like bananas, irish potatoes, mangoes, tomatoes, etc. With the profits from this loan, he will be able to reinvest in his business, pay school fees for his children, and save for his future.
