Igisubizo-Rubavu Group's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to buy more secondhand clothes such as skirts, blouses, T-shirts, etc., to sell to her community.

Igisubizo-Rubavu Group's story

Angelique is 35 years old and is married with three children. Due to her experience and background, she was nominated as the group leader for Igisubizo-Rubavu. She is the person seated in front of the others.

She has owned and operated a secondhand clothes business for the past 20 years. Like many of those in the group, her business is well-organized and requires that she work from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. every day. Despite the long days, she is determined to operate a successful business in order to provide a better life for her children.

She has requested a loan from Kiva through VisionFund Rwanda Company in order to buy more secondhand clothes such as skirts, blouses, T-shirts, etc. With the profits from this loan, she will be able to reinvest in her business, pay school fees for her children, and save for her future.
