Beatriz Alejandra's story

Beatriz, 24, is a single mother. She has a daughter and lives with her in an area of the town of Azacualpa, Santa Bárbara.

She earns a living selling clothing, including blouses, t-shirts, jeans, shirts, shorts, boxers, and socks. She has sold her products as a street vendor in the area communities for a year.

Currently she's requesting her fourth loan from ODEF for the sum of 25,000 lempiras [HNL] to invest in a purchase of clothing for her business, such as shirts, jeans, blouses, underwear, children's clothing, sandals, socks, and other garments. That way she'll buy new styles and fashions to sell to her customers and improve her sales,

Her goal is to grow as a businesswomen, get her daughter ahead, give her a good education, and strengthen her business.
