Sajjada's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy different types of vegetables for her husband's vegetable business.

Sajjada's story

Sajjada is a 39-year-old woman and mother of three children. She lives in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. Her husband is a vegetable seller by profession; he sells vegetables e.g peas, onions, potatoes, tomatoes, cauliflower, etc. Sajjada and her husband are seen in this picture as entrepreneurs. He is the one responsible for feeding the entire family and managing the household.

Sajjada's husband needs to purchase different types of vegetables for reselling purposes so that he can increase the size of the business, improve his sales growth, and earn maximum profit. Due to an unfavorable financial position, he is not in a condition to purchase vegetables for his business.

Therefore, Sajjada has applied for a Kiva loan from its field partner BRAC Pakistan so that she can help her husband to purchase the above items for business purposes.

She is very thankful to Kiva and BRAC Pakistan.
