Jijukamubyeyi Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy more beans and sorghum to sell to her community.

Jijukamubyeyi Group's story

Domithille is a 52-year-old married mother of 6 children. She is the leader of the Jijukamubyeyi Group, a group comprised of 10 members who each owns a business. In the photo, she is the woman who is standing up holding the passbook.

Domithille operates a small business selling beans and sorghum. She works hard to support her family and provide them with a better life. Every morning she opens her stand at 7 a.m. and works tirelessly until her daily supply is sold. She foresees an unwavering demand, which she hopes will allow her to expand her business as she acquires more funds.

She is requesting a loan from Kiva via VisionFund Company to buy more beans and sorghum to sell to her community. With any profits, she will be able to get medical insurance for her family, buy shoes for her children, buy enough food for her children, and expand her business as well.
