Teo's Group's story
Teo M. is the leader of the Abateesa group in Kabowa. She is 52 years old and married with four children, aged between 28 and 13 years old. They are all in secondary school. She also cares for two grand-children.
She has a tailoring business in which she sews school uniforms and sweaters, a business she started in 2004. She is able to make a profit of 50,000 per month. She is doing well because she has the help of her loans. She hopes to acquire more sewing machines so that she can make more sweaters and increase her profits. She needs a loan to be able to buy more threads and clothing materials for her business.
