Manguiline Santhiaba Group's story

The "banc villageois" that hosts this group was established in February 2001. This group is composed of 23 women whose principal activity is retail trade. They take loans that they repay on time. Louise, at right in the photo, raising her hand, is the group's representative. She is married, 53 years old, and the mother of three children, including two girls.

For more than a dozen years, she has been active selling dyed fabrics and shoes. Despite the tough competition in this area, she manages to sell her products. She has very loyal customers.

With the requested loan, she will buy 25 pairs of shoes and six pieces of dyed fabric. She will use the income to contribute to her children's clothing and healthcare.
