A loan helped to buy more bags of beans to sell.

Parisin Group's story

In the photo, he who has the beans in his hands is Ousmane. He is 36 years old, married to a woman, and a father of five children aged 4 to 15, of which four are at school. His wife works in catering, and he sells beans. Ousmane is resorting to a loan to buy more grain for his stock to earn a lot of profits. He has done this work for over four years.

Ousmane is literate; he cares a lot about the schooling and future of his children. The loan helps him to cover his family expenses, as well as school fees and medical care for his children thanks to the profits generated. He gets his supplies from local communities, and he carries out his retail sales in the marketplace. He makes, after his expenses, a remaining monthly profit of 25,000 XOF.

The obstacles that Ousmane encounters are difficulties that are often brought up due to prices, but what he likes in this job is to create a business venture.
