Nikisoboka Group's story

Harriet is a famale aged 47 years and a resident of Kyenjojo, Uganda. She owns a retail shop in Kyenjojo, Uganda and also grows crops like maize, beans and Irish potatoes on a commercial basis which she sells in the local market. This has enabled her to look after her children and increase her household income. She is challenged by seasonal changes and limited capital.

She wants a loan to buy salt and sugar for reselling. Harriet is a member of Nikisoboka Group where members guarantee each other to get loans.
