Jennifer Del Pilar's story

Jennifer is a young micro-entrepreneur from the capital of the country. She started her own business a year ago based on the experience she gained as an employee of a pet store. She is the mother of a nine year old boy. She hopes to progress in her business in order to provide stability and a good quality of life to her son.

She works at her store every day from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Pet owners come to buy food, soaps, shampoo, vitamins, medicines, accessories and toys, among other products she offers. Jennifer's primary goal is to work with great dedication and honesty. This will allow her to reach her goal of being well known in the area where she works and will allow her to progress in her business.

She is currently applying for a Kiva loan, her first financing through the Mario Santo Domingo Foundation, to buy additional shelving to stock with pet food, cleaning items and other things. Support this woman with her loan, and she will have favorable results in her business.
