but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

Scot & Monica's story
Growing up in Appalachia has been a wonderful experience for me. As a child I grew up on the family farm. My family taught me how to make a "honest living" from living off the land, raising livestock and cash crops, while holding down a regular job. "Working is good for you. It keeps you healthy" or "work never hurt no body" my grandfather would say. I was lucky enough to get to go to college here in my hometown, and following my family's teachings, worked the farm and a job while attending classes. I started my career working for several large businesses, working my way into supervisory positions at each one and finding myself being recruited by each next new big company. In 2005 I began wanting to do more for my family and myself so I left the corporate world. I have since started several successful small businesses. It just seems like yesterday I that I started my first business and was scared every step of the way. I have learned over all these years that you can be successful at anything, as long as you put your customer first, give them what they want, and make it a great experience for them each and every time.
