A loan helped to purchase side dishes, snacks, and basic grains.

Inhco Group's story

[The group] is made up of three smiling women. They belong to the Miskita ethnicity from the city of Bilwi, in the municipality of Puerto Cabezas. They organized approximately five years ago to improve their quality of life through the income that they generate in their small businesses.

Yasmira is a member of the solidarity group Inhco. She is a cheerful, 25-year-old young woman, who is married and has a young 4-year-old son. Her husband works informally on the boats as a captain. She remembers with great joy that, with the economic support of her husband, she started selling seafood with a capital of C$ 2,000 (two thousand Cordobas net). Thanks to the loans granted by Pana Pana and financed by Kiva, she was able to acquire her own business location. She is requesting financing to purchase side dishes, snacks, and basic grains. Her dream is to sell used clothing.
