El Cerro Group's story
Agustina is a hardworking woman, always dedicated to her household and the stability of her family. She is 41 years old, married to Mr. Sergio, and together they have raised a family of three children. She is a taxi driver, proud to offer this service and obtain extra income for the expenses of her household and the education of their children. Agustina started working as a taxi driver thanks to her father-in-law, who performed the same business activity. He encouraged her to take the wheel every day. With the aim of increasing her earnings, Agustina started to raise and sell pigs. She has had the idea for this activity in mind for years, but did not act on it for lack of capital. Nevertheless, she has partnered with a cousin to make this project into reality. For the moment she has 18 young pigs, and with her loan she will buy feed. Agustina feels very excited for the opportunity to achieve her dream. Her plan is to increase the breeding of animals and that her children may continue studying. *The photograph was taken at the meeting place of the group. Agustina is the one who has the purple blouse and is squatting*
