Dioma's Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy 100 chicks, two bags of feed, three bags of baobab fruit and one bag of sugar.

Dioma's Group's story

This banc villageois was created in October 2012. All of its members are married women. They are very energetic and secure their solidarity loan together to show their commitment and minimize risks. Their mainly work as vendors and farmers. The group's representative, Dioma Dabo (standing on the far left in the photo raising her hand) has seven children, three of them sons. She raises chickens and sells juice made with the fruit of the baobab tree. She has plenty of experience in both types of work. With her new loan, Dioma Dabo plans to buy 100 chicks, two bags of feed, three bags of baobab fruit and one bag of sugar. Her earnings will help her cover everyday expenses for her family, such as healthcare, clothing and school fees.
