Alipio's story

Alipio earns a living by means of raising and selling of hogs for a long period of time now. He is 45-year old married man with two school-aged children. He also engages in selling tempura (soft wheat flour (cake, pastry or all-purpose flour). Eggs, baking soda or baking powder, starch, oil, and/or spices may also be added). Right now, He is coping with demands and would like to avail a kiva loan from its field partner CEVI and was used to invest in pig feed, swine and additional capital to purchase tempura. These will help boost and improve her earnings. Thus, she could provide his family with nutritious meals and continue support their respective studies. Alipio is aiming to have a healthy family and a sustainable livelihood.
