Santiago's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy manure for his coffee farm, to weed and trim it, and to buy a mower.

Santiago's story

Santiago, 50, is single and lives in the Barrio Nuevo district in San Ignacio, Peru. He wants the loan to invest in his coffee farm and to buy a mower, enabling lower production costs. Besides coffee, he raises cattle. He wants to use the revenue he gets from the farm to improve it. It will increase his production, which he sells to a local cooperative.

Santiago has been a COOPAC Norandino borrower for two years and is grateful for the loans he has received in due time. He is aware that by being responsible, he will have access to better opportunities to improve his quality of life.
