Abida's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase school furniture for the students.

Abida's story

Abida is a 42-year-old married woman who was passionate about helping the under-privileged students living in her community. Therefore, she established a low-cost, private school 16 years ago.

There are 111 students enrolled in the school, and 51% of them are female students, as she believes men and women both have the right to get educated. Equal educational opportunities are provided to both female and male students in her school. The aim of the school is to educate the students of both genders by employing the strategies to implement effective teaching methodologies.

Currently there is lack of furniture in the school. This makes it difficult to provide a desk and a chair to every student present in the school. She has requested an amount of PKR 100,000 for purchasing school furniture for the students.
