María Irma's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy flour, yeast, butter, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, and milk to make and sell bread.

María Irma's story

María is 53 years old and completed a basic education. She is married and has 1 child. Her husband raises livestock. Maria works making and selling bread, and has 11 years of experience. In addition she works with her husband raising cattle. She learned to make bread because previously she worked in a well-known bakery in the area, and now she has her own business in her home and her husband helps her.

Maria has been supported with two prior Kiva loans, one which she repaid completely and the other is almost completed. Now she seeks a new loan to buy flour, yeast, butter, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, and milk to make and sell bread.

Her dream is to have an established bakery and have a variety of bread for her customers' needs.
