Djidja 2 .1 Group
Djidja 2 .1 Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!
A loan helped purchase of intrants, seed, and minor agricultural materials.
Djidja 2 .1 Group's story
With the intention of making their agricultural businesses profitable, the members of the Djidja 2 .1 group decided to join the loan program of Soro Yiriwaso four years ago. After having correctly reimbursed the three preceding loans, they are on their fourth rural loan.
This loan will be used to buy rice seedlings, peanut seeds, minor material and intrants for their crops at the markets of Zansoni, M’pessoba, and Fonfona. After the rainy season, the harvests are stockpiled for a certain time so that they gain in value before being sold at the market of M’pessoba and of Koutiala, retail and wholesale, for cash, to a clientele generally coming from the big cities.
Each of the members of the Djidja 2 .1 group expects to make, after their crops have been sold, a profit of 85,000 F CFA which will be used to reimburse the loan and for current family expenses.
