A loan helped to purchase piglets and feed.

Kerto Sato Group's story

Kerto Sato Group made their payment, represented only by their head, Ni Ketut. Through the story from Ni Ketut, all the members succeeded with their pigs businesses. The pigs grew fat and healthy, with no diseases, and they sold them with a satisfactory profit. The group said they are grateful to the lenders, Kiva, and MUK.

Ni Ketut succeded in maintaining six pigs, and she fattened them. She sold them and earned 1,200,000 IDR profit for six months. One member earned a satisfactory profit, and continued the business with her own money. She was replaced by a new member.

The group proposes a new loan. The group decided to continue the loan because MUK provides a special loan for pig breeders without collateral, and so they can do their businesses well. Ni Ketut will use her loan to purchase piglets and feed. With the pig business, she hopes to increase her family's income and make savings for her future needs.
