The members belong to the “Las Rosalinas” communal bank, located in the Lamay district, Calca province, Cusco department.

The member, Flora, is a hardworking person. She is 33 years old, lives with her partner, and has two children. Her main business is raising animals such as hens, cows, and guinea pigs. Flora divides her time between this activity and producing cheese and milk for sale in various spots at the local market. She has been engaged in this business for some time, and she is doing very well. Through this business, Flora wishes to provide her family with a better quality of life.

Flora is requesting the loan to purchase feed for her animals such as grass, alfalfa, corn, and vitamins. She is very happy and grateful to the Kiva investors, and promises to make her payments on time.
