A loan helped to buy clothes for her clothes business.

Uzma's story

Uzma is 28 years old woman, living with her spouse in the area of Multan, Pakistan. She is mother of two sons. She runs a women's clothing sales business in her home town. Uzma has been working in this sphere of trade since 2012. Her relatives helped her launch her business back then, yet she worked very hard to make it grow and flourish as it does now. Uzma goes to smaller towns and offers her clothes at local markets whole days a week. Therefore, Uzma is seeking 30,000 PKR to buy summer clothes and underwear, as well as to order school uniforms. Uzma is planning to continue to reinvest her income in her business. She would like to buy clothes for her clothes selling business. Uzma and her family will be thankful to KIVA, its lenders and field partner BRAC Pakistan for helping them by funding this loan to improve their living standard.
