Pugu Kona Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase more bundles of female tops, skinny jeans, male trousers and sandals for sale.

Pugu Kona Group's story

Lucy is a very hardworking married mother of three children who are in primary school. She is in her mid 30's and she has been into a clothing sales business for three good years. She operates one boutique which is usually open from 7 am to 6 pm, and she is making some great profits.

This will be her first loan request to Kiva with the "Pugu Kona" loan group. She will use her loan as capital for expanding her business. She plans on purchasing female tops, skinny jeans, male trousers and sandals to match up with the growing demand. If she makes much profit out of her loan, Lucy will use it for loan repayment, school fees for her children and business reinvestment.

She will share the loan with her loan group, which has six members, and they will be responsible for paying back the loan in full at maturity.
