Benedicto's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy machinery and supplies to improve his products to earn more income for his family.

Benedicto's story

Benedicto is single and has no children yet. He has worked since he was very young because his parents had health issues. He was the eldest of his siblings and had no other option than to work and study at the same time to help his parents. For many years Benedicto worked in carpentry shops and studied at night, getting his training as a carpenter at a center for low income youth.

Now he has been able to establish his own small shop at the home of a relative but he does not have much of the machinery required to do his work. Therefore he is applying for a loan to buy machinery and general supplies. This is so he can do all kinds of jobs and continue supporting his siblings so they can get ahead.

Benedicto hopes to set up a large carpentry business and also support young entrepreneurs like himself. This will improve his family's, and many more people's, quality of life.
