A loan helped to buy feed for her pigs and expand her pig farming.

Thanh Luong 11 Group's story

Dinh, 28, is a Thai ethnic woman living with her husband and two beloved children in a poor village. Like other villagers, Dinh and her husband mainly work at farming activities such as growing rice and raising pigs and chickens to cover living expenses. Besides, her husband sometimes works extra for a local construction employer to earn more money.

However, their lives have still been very difficult because not only has their income been unstable but also animal disease outbreaks made them lose yield several times. The couple always tell themselves that they are willing to work harder to expand their farming and improve their living conditions.

Recently, she has taken a loan from the Anh Chi Em program to buy feed for her pigs and expand her pig farming. She hopes that the technical training of the Anh Chi Em agricultural production program will help her to prevent diseases of animals.

Dinh dreams of her little daughters having full education and always being happy under the care of their parents. In the picture, Dinh is the young woman standing at the first from the right.
