Fahed's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy new sheep for the farm.

Fahed's story

Fahed, 23 years old, is a married guy who lives with his family. He runs a sheep farm in Dier Al Balah in the Gaza Strip. The farm is next to his parents' house. He works alone on the farm. Fahed has been in this business for two years. He sells all sheep products and also sells the sheep themselves.

Fahed started the business with only 10 sheep and now he has 15 sheep. The farm is the only source of income for Fahed and his family.

Fahed says that the challenge for his business is the political situation as there are no certainties in Gaza. The other challenge is the competition in the market.

He requested the loan to buy new sheep for the farm. He says that the extra income from this loan will help him improve his family's standard of living. In the future, Fahed would like to expand his business and sell additional livestock on his farm.
