Gladys Yaneth's story
Gladys, 33, is a single mother who decided to start up her own business so she could take care of her only daughter. She is a seamstress in her country's capital, offering her services to residents in the area. Her customers go to her home to place orders for custom-made clothing: pants, shirts, suits, uniforms, and more; they pay 50% up front and the balance when the order is complete. Now she needs additional capital to be able to fulfill her orders quickly, so she is applying for her first credikiva through the Mario Santo Domingo Foundation to buy fabric, threads, buttons, zippers and other sewing supplies. Gladys believes that with this new investment, she will be able to work more easily and it will be a great success. Please support this mother and breadwinner.
