John is a married man. He has two children. He operates a retail business where he sells auto spares. He has been involved in this business for 7 years. His business is located in a good area and his primary customers are locals.

He describes his biggest business challenge to be inadequate working capital. He will use the KES 50,000 loan to buy more stock of auto spares. He hopes that in the future, he will be financially stable. This is his first loan with SMEP Microfinance Bank.
