Ezdihar's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase some feeds for the cattle and some needed tools.

Ezdihar's story

Ezdihar is a 45-year-old Lebanese widowed woman who lives in an undeveloped area with her five children, four of whom are still attending school. After the death of her husband she became the main income provider in the family. She works so hard to satisfy her big family needs. They live in the mountains where the incomes are very low because their businesses are located in villages with low populations and their market is limited to their villages. So she started her own business in 2014 where she started to raise cattle, especially cows, and produce some dairy products such as milk, cheese, and yogurt and sell them in her shop. Today, she is requesting a loan from Kiva partner Vitas s.al. to purchase some feeds for the cattle and some needed tools. She said that this is her first loan from Kiva and she intends to borrow more in the future to improve her work and support her family.
