José René's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase more pigs and animal feed and vitamins for them so they grow well.

José René's story

José is 45-years old. He lives with his wife and their two daughters. His wife is a homemaker, one of his daughters is in high school, and the other daughter helps her mother with the housework.

José makes his living as an employee at a corral. He has been in his job for more than five years. His work consists of caring for the livestock; he feeds them, milks the cows and provides maintenance for the corrals. He gets up at 4:00am every day and only takes a day off every two weeks. His job is quite demanding. Thanks to his work, José has been able to get his family ahead. In addition, he has pigs at home. His wife stays on top of taking care of their animals.

José needs the loan to purchase more pigs and animal feed and vitamins for them so they develop well.

José's plans for the future are to keep working and to start a business selling meat from the pigs so he can improve his own and his family's standard of living.
