Rima's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!
A loan helped to pay for covering materials to shelter agro machinery and collected harvest.
Rima is a 46 years old farmer from Tavush region. Rima has been farming for nearly 20 years and is very experienced farmer. With the help of her parents-in-law and husband she started her farm with a small farm. Now she runs a mixed farm with livestock and gardens. Rima's livestock consists of many cows, calves, oxen, pigs, hens and beehives. Rima cultivates a large amount of potatoes and beans. She struggles with preservation of the collected harvest in order to sell in the market later. Rima applied for this loan within the joint initiative between Kiva and Sef International to empower women. She needs this Kiva support to pay for covering materials to shelter agro machinery and collected harvest. This will give her a chance to improve her family's day to day accommodation. Rima is so grateful for your understanding and empowerment of Armenian female farmers.
