Bunazira's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to buy dairy cows in order to increase the volume of organic milk sales.

Bunazira's story

Bunazira successfully repaid her loan, having used the funds for their intended purpose. She is grateful to the Kiva Fund and to everyone who helped to finance her. Her family’s primary sources of income are livestock breeding and agriculture. Through her hard work, she now owns 2 cows and 1 horse. She also grows alfalfa for on-farm consumption and sale on a 0.89-ha plot of land. In order to develop her business further, Bunazira has applied to Bai Tushum Bank for a loan of 35,000 som (KGS) to buy a dairy cow and to increase her sales of organic milk. She plans to invest the proceeds of the loan in her business and to improve her family’s well-being.
