Santa Rosita Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase rice, sugar, noodles and milk in bulk.

Santa Rosita Group's story

María, 45 years old, is a very hard-working and determined woman. She is a new borrower who belongs to the group Santa Rosita. She decided to join at the invitation of a neighbor.

Since she was very young, she has worked selling groceries. When she got married, she began to sell groceries at a stand in a market in her locality.

She is the mother of 2 children in university and another of school age.

The requested loan will be used to purchase rice and sugar by the sack, and also milk in boxes and noodles in packets, since if it is purchased in quantity, she gets better earnings.

The dream she has is that her children become professionals, for this she works very hard so that it comes true.

María is completely grateful for the support of Kiva and economic support that she is getting.

María is wearing a lead-colored sweater, a cream blouse and has a purse on her arm and a black hat on her head. She is the first on the left and is seated in the photo.
