Anne's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to buy more stock of sugar, milk, bread and soap and to add M-pesa float (mobile phone money transfer stored-value credits).

Anne's story

Anne is a married woman. She has three children. She describes herself to be hardworking.

She operates a retail business where she sells milk, sugar, washing soap, cooking fat and other items. She also operates an M-pesa (mobile phone money transfer) business within the business premises. She has been involved in this business for 15 years. Her primary customers are locals. She describes her biggest business challenge to be low stock.

She will use the Kes 100,000 loan to buy more stock of sugar, milk, bread and soap and to add M-pesa float (stored-value credit). This is her fifth loan with SMEP Microfinance Bank.

She hopes that in the future, she will have a successful business and family.
