Hadija's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to restock her pharmacy with more drugs, cosmetics and groceries needed by her customers.

Hadija's story

Hadija is a mother of three school-going daughters. She is a cattle keeper and at the same time she works at her six-year-old medical pharmacy. She has been into this business for over 10 years, since she started working at the public hospital before opening this pharmacy. She usually works from 8 a.m. up to 8 p.m. for every working day, and she is making some great monthly profit.

This will be her third loan from Tujijenge Tanzania. Hadija used her previous loan as capital for buying cattle feeds and medicines. She used the remaining amount of the loan to repair the older parts of her coops, and right now, she is happy that her business is going so well.

Hadija used her profit for paying back her loans, covered household expenses and supported her daughters, who are in college.

She is applying for this loan to restock her pharmacy with more drugs, cosmetics and groceries needed by the customers. She really appreciates Kiva for the good support given to her business, and she will be solely responsible for paying back the entire loan in full at maturity.
