Cristhian's story

Christhian is a young 20-year-old man, single, with no children. His business is making wool sweaters.

He is always available, and ready to help out whoever asks, always with a smile from ear to ear, even when his soul is suffering. He conducts his business in the "July 16th" district, a commercial zone that is popular for its open-air markets on Thursdays and Sundays, where you can buy everything from a pin to a truck.

Cristhian has dark hair and a dusky complexion. his native language is Aymaras, which he only speaks with family members, and in his daily life he speaks Spanish. he lives with his mother and his siblings, in a house with running water, electricity and heat. The family is very close, and on Sundays they go to church to help out those most in need. his business is making sweaters.

Once he graduated high school, he learned the basics of sewing knitting, and with a minimal loan, he began his business with a small machine, prompting him to invest in fabric. "I sell at wholesale and retail, I have customers who place orders and I have work all the time," he comments. His business is successful because the weather is very cold where he lives, and there is a high demand for sweaters. The advantage of his business is he has steady, loyal customers. The challenge is the shortage of wool for knitting. His dream is to expand his knitting shop, he would like to buy wool at wholesale. This is his first loan cycle with the institution in the two years that he has been doing this work.

For these reasons, Cristhian is soliciting a loan to buy wool at wholesale for making sweaters.
