Seriba's Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy fertilizer for growing corn.

Seriba's Group's story

Seriba, in the second row of the photo and holding a myAgro pouch, is a member of a group of ten farmers, who live and work in the village of Banko in Mali. Seriba, 56 years old, lives in a large family, five of whom are children. Three of them are in school.

He decided to become a farmer because it's family tradition, but must face difficulties such as a lack of rain and manual labor. He decided to register with myAgro for the fertilizer, seeds, and farming techniques. For his second year with myAgro, Seriba bought fertilizer for growing corn on his field of 1/2 hectare.

Through this purchase, Seriba hopes to be able to increase his yields in order to buy farming supplies and to build a house.
