Karlo's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped To pay for the annual registration and maintenance of his jeepney.

Karlo's story

Karlo is forever thankful to the people and lenders of Kiva for their untiring support of his transportation business. The loans he received in the last three years have ensured safe and efficient service of his jeepney and continuous income to meet his family's needs

He hopes he can avail a PHP 30,000 PHP loan to pay for the annual registration and regular maintenance of his jeepney. It is important that his transportation business continue to adequately provide for the daily needs and fund the education of his children.

Karlo prays for the safety of his passengers and the addition of more jeepneys in the future. He hopes to finish construction of his house. He faithfully meets up with his co-fellowship members to share stories of his work every week and draw strength and inspiration from the word of God he studies.

* All CCT community partners/clients are organized into fellowship groups that meet on a weekly basis. A fellowship group is composed of 15 to 30 community partners. The fellowship groups gather each week to study the word of God, build social capital and pay microfinance loans.
