Victor is 20 years old. He is single and doesn’t have children. He lives in Echeandia cantón, which is in Bolíva province. The communal bank is called “Perseverantes,” and is made up of 10 members who are from Echeandia. All of them sell clothing, raise chickens and pigs, or have other businesses. Victor sells pigs. He buys young ones and sells them when they’re grown and fattened. He also has an extra job selling children’s clothing. He is requesting the money to buy animals such as pigs and balanced feed for fattening them. He sells the animals in Echeandia and in Guaranda on market days. In his free time he plays soccer.
