but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

Berbele Group's story

The Barbele is a group of five women who live in one sub village. They grouped themselves into Berbele group due to the willingness to better improve their businesses. They are led by Fransina, aged 43, who is standing in the middle of the group wearing the white teddy bear shirt. Fransina is a married woman with five children, of whom three are married and two live with her. Fransina has a daily routine of taking care of her kids as well as producing cakes in the morning and evening to be sold. That business could help Fransina to add more income for her family.

Lately, Fransina and friends have paid off their first loan to TLM and are currently asking for a new loan. The first loan helped Fransina and friends to start business. Currently, the members of Barbele are requesting a total of IDR 11,250,000. Each member would receive IDR 2,250,000 for business expansion. The loan would help Fransina to buy more wheat flour, sugar, eggs, etc. She wants to produce more cakes and entrust them to the kiosk nearby.
