Salone Girls Group's story

Hannah, a 39-year-old woman, is the leader of Salone Girls Solidarity Group, which is made up of four members. All four members, including Hannah, are engaged in petty trading but sell different products. Hannah is the leader of the group. She sells charcoal. She uses the proceeds from her business to help her husband with some household expenses and her personal needs.

Hannah and the other group members of Salone Girls are requesting a total loan amount of 4,000,000 SLL. Of this amount, Hannah will personally receive 1,000,000 SLL, which she will use to purchase additional bags of charcoal. Hannah is standing at the right side of the picture. Hannah is married and has three children aged 22, 16, and 7 years old. Hannah hopes that her business will continue to exist so that she can save enough money to help with the household expenses and also prepare for her children’s education. Hannah hopes that this loan will earn her more profit for her to support her family. Hannah and her group members thank you for financing their businesses.
