A loan helped to buy farm inputs.

Grace's story

Grace pictured above, is from the Kapsowar area of Kenya, an area that is very fertile. She is 57 years old and the proud mother of three children.

Grace is a very hardworking farmer who has been farming for the past five years, during which time she has gained a lot of experience. Grace practices mixed farming, growing maize and keeping dairy cows. Through these activities, she has been able to earn a decent and honest income. Although Grace has been making profits through farming, not everything has been easy for this humble and industrious mother. Her farm has not been producing as much of a harvest because of the lack of fertilizer and good seeds and the presence of pests and diseases.

To address this, she is seeking a loan to buy farm inputs and seeds to expand her farm. The loan will help ensure that Grace has a bumper harvest, translating into more profits and cash. She will increase her profits by using good seeds and fertilizer. She sees a lot of room for improvement and growth, but she is lacking is the capital to move forward.

Grace purpose in life is to work hard and provide for her family. She wants to support her children in their education so they can all have a better quality of life. Be inspired to lend today!
