Kodel's Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy carrots, turnips, cabbages, potatoes, cassava, potatoes, and onions.

Kodel's Group's story

This group was established on December 10, 2010. Its members have good social cohesion. They all live in the same neighborhood and work in the same trade, retail. Kodel, age 56, is married and the mother of eight children, including three girls. She's the woman standing on the right in the photograph and raising her hand. She will use this loan to buy vegetables (carrots, turnips, cabbages, potatoes, cassava, potatoes, and onions) as well as Jumbo stock at the market. When she cannot travel, she sends money to her sister who lives in another city and does her shopping for her, every two weeks. After selling her stock, she turns a profit of XOF 30'000, to be used to strengthen her savings, repay the loan, and improve the standard of living of her family, especially regarding healthcare and nutrition.
